Come and practise on the mat with me.
I specialise in graceful, stretchy and empowering Yoga Flow, and Yoga Nidra, for men and women of all abilities, as well as Yoga just for women at all stages of their lives, to gain hormonal and lifestyle balance, and navigate the menopause journey.
My aim is to provide a total mind and body reset during each class to leave you feeling inspired, empowered and uplifted with a sense of peace and purpose. I might just throw a little manifesting in too…
Move with your breath. Connect your mind and body. Work to your own abilities and ‘you do you’. There’s never any pressure, any insistence in conforming. Just take what you need from each session and leave with a new outlook on life.
In addition, I offer online wellness coaching for women, guided meditations, wellness workshops, energy healing, tarot, and mini courses on Zoom.

Enjoy a safe and supportive female-only space. Come along and stretch, flow, balance, and end with a relaxing meditation and Savasana.
What to expect with Yoga for Women
My classes are gentle, stretchy yoga -a blend of hatha and vinyasa - with strength and empowerment elements to gradually challenge you while being inclusive for all.
They include an element of breath work where you’ll learn techniques to help with life’s challenges while connecting mind, body and breath.
You will discover various restorative positions to aid anxiety, lack of confidence, menopausal symptoms and more. And there will be a restful Savasana at the end. I use contemporary as well as traditional music and write bespoke poems and verse to enhance your experience.
And the best bit? You can learn tips and resources as well as share as much or as little as you wish during the women’s circle at the end.

What to expect with Yoga Stretch and Flow
My classes are gentle, stretchy yoga -a blend of hatha and vinyasa - with strength and empowerment elements to gradually challenge you while being inclusive for all.
You will be encouraged to move with your breath and to only do as much or as little as you wish. As I always say… ‘you do you’
Move through gradually increasing intensity of stretch, strength and balance with an emphasis on moving gracefully and fluidly with your breath. There will be a restful Savasana at the end. I use contemporary as well as traditional ‘yoga’ music and write bespoke poems and verse to enhance your experience.

What to expect with Meditation
My classes offer a blend of meditation techniques and practise, along with a deeply relaxing guided meditation to give you a full hour of blissful ‘me time’. Expect to take a journey to you, learn more about yourself. Develop the ability to listen to yourself and become stiller, quieter and more centred as you gain confidence in visualising, interpreting and releasing anxiety and stress.
The Portal Hour, at Studio 16, offers you the chance to go deeper: to try an immersive, group guided meditation where you can take a journey within, learn more about astrological insights and moon phases, as well as the power of crystals. Finish with a tarot card pull.
My monthly full moon meditations are great for those who don’t want to, or can’t, show up in person, as there is no need to connect or interact. No-one is looking at you, so feel free to come as you are, bringing only an open mind.

TAROT
Are you looking for a little guidance, or insight, with a spiritual focus? Tarot may provide the answer. I offer deeply intuitive readings 1-2-1. Tarot is not fortune telling. The cards are used to gain insight into the past, present, or future. See it as a form of spiritual and psychic counselling, and a way to learn more about yourself. The cards only offer you likely options and outcomes if you remain on your current path. You always have free will. You always have a choice. No specific card means solely one thing. I read intuitively and in conjunction with all the other cards. Each session requires a degree of honest input from the client. It's a two way process.
Each session is £25, held just North West of Liphook, and will include a little astrological insight and Lithomancy (reading the crystals) too

Hi, I’m Elle, I’m a RYT200 trained yoga teacher, an accredited MY™ yoga teacher and a certified Wellness Coach.
Yoga
I teach a variety of yoga styles, meditation and breath work, all with a sprinkling of manifestation, philosophy, astrology and lunar cycles. I use contemporary sound tracks to accompany each class so come along and move to musical offerings from artists like Roxy Music, Michael Kiwaneuka, Sølv, Banks and David Bowie rather than traditional yoga ‘spa’ music.
Coaching
I have a particular interest in helping women through the menopause maze. Menopause hit me like a truck but at a time when there was little help or information available. I had to learn the hard way.
This is why I am now passionate about helping other women navigate menopause with ease and make informed choices about health, exercise, lifestyle and mindset so they don’t just survive the menopause, they thrive!
Meditations
I also offer many classes, and guided meditations, from a regular Full Moon Meditation with an astrological focus on Zoom off camera, to in-person Yoga Nidra.
I use positivity, manifesting and empowerment, interwoven with specially written bespoke guided meditations and verse. News of forthcoming events on my NEWS page
Tarot and Energy work
Also discover my Tarot readings and Energy balancing. I have read Tarot for many years, using intuition, and now offer private 1-2-1 sessions. I also trained in Crystal Healing and Reiki many years ago. Instead of offering these are stand-alone ‘treatments’, I weave them into my very personalised energy and meditation work.
