If you would like to work with me, I offer my specially tailored, signature MIDLIFE RESET AND GLOW packages
2 x 1 hour Zoom calls with me where we address your concerns in complete confidence, looking at each element of your life that might be impacting upon your ability to find joy in midlife, and devise a strategy to navigate menopausal challenges and help you to bloom. Each practical suggestion will be laced with a sprinkle of Mindset Magic and Manifestation.

I will also arrange a 1-2-1 gentle yoga session - either online, or in person, dependent upon which package you choose - designed to address menopausal issues, whether those be hot flushes, lack of joy, menopausal anger, general lack of flexibility and confidence, or a host of other issues.
In addition you will also have a 1 x Guided Online Meditation to help manifest your best life possible, boost your self esteem, lessen anxiety and help with increasing confidence, giving you all the tools to start feeling more like ‘you’.
Finally, over the course of the package, which typically runs over a 4 week period, you’ll have 3 x WhatsApp Motivation check-ins from me.

MY STORY
I learned about how to navigate midlife and the menopause the hard way at a time when there was little information and even less help available.
I was 57 and really struggling yet I hid it all under a veneer of coping, of being in control. But I felt lost, lonely, untethered and fearful of each new change, each new symptom.
Menopause aside, midlife itself can be a wake-up call. For me, I didn’t like who I was, I hated my job. I didn't like how I looked. My fitness levels could certainly have been improved upon, but I had no real motivation to do anything about it. Outwardly I looked happy. But I felt flat, sad, with a shadow hanging over me.
Worst of all, I felt guilty. What did I have to feel miserable about with happy marriage, a beautiful daughter, a lovely home? I kept hoping and wishing I’d feel better, find my way, but nothing changed.
Then something I read made a big impact. It was the words ‘You get what you ARE not what you WANT’.
I needed to make a change.
I took my fitness in hand and soon I’d sought help for my menopausal symptoms. I changed my job, my mindset, my life. Like dominos, all the pieces of the puzzle began falling into line, fitting into shape. Everything began to change. I began to change.
And now I’m going to show you how you can too.

Not at all. Each session I offer will be carefully tailored to suit your needs. Don’t worry, I won’t tie you in knots or make you stand on your head. This is all very simple, gentle and involves connecting your mind and body with your breath. I know you’ll enjoy it.

I’m a fully insured, 200 hr trained Yoga Teacher and I also hold an additional 40 hr qualification as a specialised Menopause Yoga teacher. The courses were accredited by The Yoga Alliance and The British Wheel of Yoga.
In addition, I trained as a Wellness Coach with TV fitness and wellness expert, and leading nutritionist, Amanda Hamilton. I am currently undergoing an additional training qualification with Menopause Movement.
Additionally, I am academically educated to Postgraduate level, but my main credential is I am a post-menopausal woman and learned to navigate midlife the hard way. My passion is now in helping women to find their true selves and to shine.

Yes, I can. But I can’t, for example, provide you with medication or be specific about what HRT might suit you personally. However, I can dispel the myths, demystify the process, and signpost you to professional medical help if necessary.
